Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order,
as long as the item is unused and has its original tag attached.
You can easily message us on WhatsApp or Instagram —
just send us your order tracking number, and if you'd like to share the reason,
we’d love that — it helps us improve.

Return fee: 90 EGP.
However, if the item has a manufacturing defect, the return is free of charge.
